I'm Nahugona or Nahu for short,
I'm a floofhead with 2 malfunctioning neurons.
(aka I'm not the smartest floof so I can act derpy)My sona is a Rezuium species from Hirozu,
(I don't like original tail so that's modified)
The rez has a presence that's comforting to me.My days are mainly spend with being a Floof,
gaming, VR, and texturing random avatars.
I'm also a content creator on YT,
I reject the use of AI, clickbait and ads.
No point to use stuff that I don't like to see.

So I decided to make public versions for ChilloutVR.Making textured models in ChilloutVR for others to use is fun and all,
but it also comes with a downside that my skills don't reach far,
not to mention the possibility for me to run out of idea's at some point.Rubbing my 2 briancells together gave me the idea to expand.
How about opening myself to accept custom commissions?That is why I made this website,
to organize a system for you to commission me,
and for me to then take and complete your request.I do upload custom (public) textured models to ChilloutVR.
Those textures I sell on Jinxxy (textures and materials, no 3d models).For obvious reasons the commission projects won't be sold,
yes I show them on this site (duh) but no,
I won't sell them on my store.This site is to give easy access to have a custom commission.

If your idea is inr the "don't" category, you can still ask, but I have right to refuse.

Pricing

Prices are what they are upon requesting commissions.
Any price change after this point won't apply
once first payment has been made for a commission.

Every commission has upfront cost of €25, then based on the commission extra cost will be added.
Every commission comes with a free revision post completion.

Terms of Service

NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

  • Upfront cost is to be paid once texture base is made (only applies for commissions above €50).

  • Texture commissions are digital only.

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

  • Customer has right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.

  • Customer has right to request minor edits after completion (colour change for example)

  • Must be fully paid before delivery.

  • Customer is required to reply/contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

  • Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 2 week, or when work is delayed 1 month after deadline.

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use any product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [22 July 2026]This contract applies to the artist refered as "Seller" and person or institution refered as "Customer" purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product.
By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Section 1 PRODUCT SCOPE & DELIVERY1 ~ Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally thru Discord, Fluxer or Proton Drive (proton mail not required for customer), after the final payment has been received by the Seller.2 ~ Any other digital method of delivery, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences.3 ~ It is the responsibility of Seller to give Cusomer enough time to download the completed commission file(s) thru provided delivery system (doesn't apply for Discord and Fluxer).4 ~ Loss of product and code due to negligence is not the responsibility of the Seller.5 ~ Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly.6 ~ Customer has option after 150 days to request the SPP files access, code required.7 ~ 200 days after completion the Seller will delete all files to save local storage space.8 ~ On commission completion delivery, Customer will receive a code, this code is to gain ability to download the SPP files, no code no SPP file access.9 ~ Seller has to provide 2 codes with product delivery:
Code 1 ~ 150 day post completion SPP file access.
Code 2 ~ 100 day revision service (info next section)Section 2 REVISIONS
10 ~ Customer has the right for 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.11 ~ Customer has right to request minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, Seller has right to decide if a revision require a new invoice or not (with code the Customer has to receive discount)12 ~ If the Customer is able to find a quality mistake, the Seller is required to fix them for free with no aditional charges.13 ~ If the partial revision is deemed a full redesign, the Seller is allowed to demand it to be done with a new commission for normal price, even if Customer kept the code for revision discount.Section 3 PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE14 ~ The Product received by Customer is for personal use and personal use only unless specified.15 ~ Customers are prohibited to use commissioned work in a store type use, no exceptions.16 ~ If you do plan a commercial use, examples:
Games, Merch, Mascot, Face of a Channel/Stream,
it's required to specify and has to reach agreement between Customer and Seller,
defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.17 ~ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.18 ~ In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.Section 4 PAYMENTS19 ~ Customer agrees to pay full price upfront for any orders value up to €50.20 ~ Exception can be made if Customer has no ability to pay with Paypal, exception is that commission will be made as a public texture that Seller can sell on Jinxxy store.
(only acceptable for base projects of €25)21 ~ For orders above €50, customer is allowed to ask for partial payment instead of full price of the invoice, the other half has to be paid on approval of texture completion.22 ~ Any payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.23 ~ Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.Section 5 CURRENCY CONVERSIONS24 ~ Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified by local € currency of Seller.25 ~ Seller is required to provide total amount in Customer's local currency if Customer provides conversion between € and local currency.26 ~ Seller has to receive specified amount in €, Customer can use Paypal in local currency.27 ~ Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's bank account is equal to the invoice amount in [CURRENCY]Section 6 CANCELLATIONS28 ~ Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.29 ~ Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order, Customer will receive no refund due to potential lack of respect towards the Seller.30 ~ If the Seller refuse or cancel order due to behaviour, Seller will have full right to refuse any future service to the Customer.Section 7 REFUND POLICY31 ~ At any moment the Seller has a change of mind about doing a project for any reason, the Customer is required to receive a full refund, no matter the state/progress of the project.32 ~ Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive weeks, or when Product has not been completed within one month after deadline.33 ~ Refund time windows exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.34 ~ If customer is incapable to comply with the following, the seller has the right to cancel project and refuse any refund request:
~ Customer fails to contact/reply towards the Seller in a fast and responsive manner.
~ Customer doesn't respond swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc.
~ Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as abandoned interest of all work progress and current state of the Product.
